In a very beautiful place, this beautiful bedroom offers gorgeous views of the beach of Orient Beach and the ocean. The private room is part of my beautiful Villa. You will love the 180 Degrees view of Orient Bay. Enjoy the Sunrise of Moon Rise on occasions. Its located in a secured gated community and enjoy being close to the beach/restaurants/ and supermarkets. You will be received with open heart and enjoy your stay is pure tranquility.

Have you had issues with water. The Apartment is running on City Water and Cistern Water so you won't have any water outages.

The bedroom is located in the middle of Marigot and Phillipsburg. Enjoy overviewing a breath taking view and enjoy the beautiful garden.

You have access to the entire villa except the Pool Motor room. We also have in the land beautiful Terrace so you can enjoy the view no matter where you go.

We will greet you at the airport so you can start to relax and not worry about a thing once you arrive in St Martin. Stress free. Since the Bedroom is located in the main Villa, we will always be there for you.

The bedroom is a 15-20 min walk to the beach and 20-25 min walk to return to the villa.

When you come to our Island, you will taste a great variety from fine French cuisine to local/creole cuisine. You need to taste our famous Petit Punch local drink.

There are buses passing by near the villa. You just got to walk for 5 min and the buses can take you to Marigot or Phillipsburg. But I recommend my guests to rent a car to envoy the beauty of our island.
